This is probably the easiest recipe for Madeleines you will ever find! Now, it may not be the healthiest but I don’t believe in cutting ‘everything’ off your menu … sometimes, it is ok to indulge in a sweet treat!
But be warned – these Madeleines are so delicious, it will be difficult for you to stop at only one 🙂 So share, share, share!
You will need a Madeleine pan – I recommend this one here.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix eggs and sugar. Add flour, 1/2 cup at the time, butter and vanilla extract.
- Pour into your non-stick Madeleine pan Bake for about 8 minutes.
